About me

For much of my career, I was already coaching — it just wasn’t called that.

Over 25 years working as an Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff, I found myself consistently supporting people through challenge, transition, uncertainty and growth. I became a trusted sounding board, the calm in complexity, the person others came to when they needed perspective, clarity or space to think.

Again and again, I noticed how much of organisational life — and life generally — comes down to human relationships, identity and the stories we carry about ourselves.

Eventually, I realised that coaching wasn’t simply something I did alongside my work. It was the thread running through all of it.

Following that calling led me here.
